This Navy requirement is a total small business set-aside for the repair of an electronic module, with all repair work performed to the original manufacturer’s specifications. Contractors must meet technical requirements including electrostatic discharge control, marking, mercury-free material standards, and must obtain approval for any design or part number changes. The contractor is responsible for inspection and testing, and inspection records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
