The Navy requires manufacture of a TERMINAL BOARD conforming to Cage Code 96169 reference H7497420-A1, under NAICS 335931 with a small business size standard of 600 employees. The contractor is responsible for all inspection and quality compliance, must mark items per MIL-STD-130 Rev N, and must follow MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. Any design, material, servicing, or part-number changes require prior written approval from NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer, except Code 1 part-number-only changes. A one-year warranty applies after delivery, with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery, and inspection records must be kept available for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Consideration for award will be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, with proof submitted on company letterhead.
