The resultant award will be a bilateral contract under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement, with all freight on an FOB Origin basis and Government Source Inspection required. Offerors must submit a quote amount, a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) in days measured from asset receipt to government acceptance, and an informal cost breakdown if applicable. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered for award, and proof of authorization must accompany the offer.
