This is a total small business set-aside Navy EAF repair requirement for the hydraulic motor identified by CAGE K0107 and reference number 1711D1008. Repair/overhaul must follow the contractor’s approved standard practices, manuals, drawings, technical orders, and government-approved procedures, including MIL-STD-129 marking, MIL-STD 2073 packaging, and mercury-free requirements for submarine/surface ship use. The contractor is responsible for all inspection and testing and must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. A one-year warranty after delivery applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery, and an increased-quantity option is available for 365 days.
