This is a total small-business set-aside Navy requirement for EAF repair of the solenoid valve identified by CAGE 81412/ref. 29-00486, with repair work performed to the contractor’s approved overhaul standards and original manufacturer specifications/drawings. The item must be mercury-free and cleaned to MIL-STD-1330, marked per MIL-STD-129, packaged per MIL-STD-2073, and supported by contractor inspection/testing and records. Additive manufacturing is encouraged where feasible; if used, the contractor must maintain and submit a Master Component Traceability Ledger and related quality records through NAVSUP HQ AM and WAWF, with DCMA source verification. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item and provide proof on company letterhead with their offer. A one-year warranty after delivery applies, defect claims are due within 45 days of discovery, and inspection records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
