NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg seeks manufacture and quality assurance of a source-controlled PANEL, SONAR GTC (P/N 165-7067132-19) in accordance with drawing 7067132 and associated specifications. Only Government-approved sources have been solicited; new suppliers must be determined qualified by the engineering activity before submitting an offer, and past performance will be evaluated. The procurement is under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, will result in a bilateral award requiring contractor written acceptance, and will be DO-rated under DPAS. The contractor must have a Government security clearance/access to classified documents per DD Form 254, meet ISO 9001 quality requirements, comply with MIL-STD-973 configuration control/MIL-STD-129 marking/MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and use mercury-free materials. An option may add additional quantity up to the cited percentage within 180 days after award, and the warranty lasts one year from delivery, with inspection records retained for four years after final delivery.
