This is an EAF repair requirement for the VALVE,SOLENOID (CAGE 81412, ref. 1867-001-1), to be repaired in accordance with contractor repair/overhaul practices and the original manufacturer’s specifications and drawings, with source inspection/acceptance and DCMA QAR verification. The amendment allows Additive Manufacturing; offerors may include AM in initial proposals or propose it post-award, but AM use triggers CDRL reporting and a Master Component Traceability Ledger submitted to NAVSUP HQ AM and WAWF. Repaired items must be mercury-free, marked per MIL-STD-129, cleaned per MIL-STD-1330D, and packaged per MIL-STD-2073. The contract includes a one-year warranty after delivery, records retention for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and a 365-day option for increased quantity. Award is a total small business set-aside limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, and delivery is FOB destination.
