This opportunity is for the repair of CONVERTER, CARTRIDGE items, with all work performed at the contractor’s facility. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 58 days after asset receipt, and the Induction Expiration Date is 365 days after contract award. The contractor must specify a monthly throughput constraint for each National Stock Number (NSN). The contract will be DO-rated for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Offerors who are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) must provide a signed distributor authorization letter.
