The Government does not own the data or rights needed to contract repair from additional sources, and it has determined that buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but responses will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
