This is an Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities procurement for the manufacture and quality requirements of a CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC identified by CAGE 96169, reference number 218039741A. The resultant award will be bilateral, requiring the contractor’s written acceptance, and will be DO-rated under DPAS for national defense. Offerors that are not the Original End Manufacturer must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter, and consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the OEM item. The contractor is responsible for inspection and compliance, records must be retained 365 calendar days after final delivery, marking must meet MIL-STD-130 Rev N, and packaging must follow MIL-STD 2073. A one-year warranty from delivery applies, and the Government may add quantity via modification for 365 days after award under an option provision, with pricing requested for that option.
