This is a proposed sole-source contract for 50 units to be delivered to DLA distribution centers in Norfolk, Virginia and San Diego, California. The government does not own the technical data rights for this part and finds obtaining them or reverse engineering the part to be uneconomical. While the government intends to negotiate with only one source, all responsible sources may submit their capability statements within 45 days of the synopsis publication for consideration. Interested parties may also identify that they can satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days.
