Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a procurement for two circuit breakers, with one to be delivered to DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and the other to DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, but all responsible sources may submit a capability statement within 45 days of the synopsis publication. The item is a Level 1 part that must be acquired from approved sources only, and contractors must have an inspection system conforming to MIL-I-45208A. The Government does not own the necessary data rights for this part, and obtaining them has been deemed uneconomical.
