Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a sole-source procurement for a Level 1 item, an Amplifier-Modulator, to be delivered to Tracy, California. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, but will consider capability statements from other responsible sources received within 45 days. Contracts will be awarded only to offerors with an inspection system conforming to MIL-I-45208A, as certified by a specific survey team. The Government does not own the technical data for this part, making repair from other sources uneconomical. Interested parties may identify their capability to meet the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of the notice.
