59--MODULE,SWITCH, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This is a proposed sole-source contract for the supply of seven switch modules, with delivery to distribution centers in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. The Government does not own the necessary data rights to competitively purchase or repair this part and finds obtaining them uneconomical. While the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, all responsible sources may submit their capability statements. Proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered by the Government.
