28--CRANKSHAFT,DIESEL E, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This is a U.S. Navy requirement for the repair of a diesel engine crankshaft, which must be performed in accordance with specific military standards and the contractor's approved repair practices. The contract includes a one-year warranty from delivery and a 45-day defect reporting period. An option provision allows the government to increase the quantity via modification within 365 days after award.
