The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for the supply of three Liquid End Pump units, to be delivered to DLA Distribution Norfolk, Virginia. This is a Level 1 item that will be acquired from approved sources only, and any award requires the offeror's inspection system to conform to MIL-I-45208A. While this is a notice of intent and not a competitive request, proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. The Government will consider information from other sources solely to determine if a competitive procurement is possible. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability, and proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. The Government will consider information received to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may also identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
