The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for this part, as it is uneconomical to purchase the necessary data rights or to reverse engineer it. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond. Proposals received within 45 days (or 30 days under an existing BOA) after the synopsis publication will be considered by the Government. The Government will use responses to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Delivery is specified as FOB Origin.
