This is a request for quotes (RFQ) for the repair of an MS Analyzer Module, set aside for small businesses. The contractor must submit a quote with either Firm Fixed-Price or Time & Materials/ Labor-Hour pricing, along with estimated repair costs. All repair work must be performed in accordance with the contractor's own approved repair standards and manuals to meet the operational requirements of the specified Cage Code. The contractor is fully responsible for all inspection and quality assurance requirements, and must maintain those records for 365 days after final delivery.

Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for three MS Analyzer Module units, to be delivered to DLA Distribution San Diego, California. It is uneconomical for the Government to buy the necessary data rights or to reverse engineer the part. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability, and proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered.
