This is a Navy RFQ for repair of a 20.1" LCD display (CAGE 5UTE0, ref. 219-32102), requiring an authorized repair source; only firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated repair pricing will be accepted, and test-and-evaluation-only quotes are not allowed. The award will be bilateral, and the contractor must meet requirements including MIL-STD packaging, Government Source Inspection, FOB Source, CAV reporting, IUID, and MIL-STD-130 marking. The contractor must provide a repair turnaround time (RTAT) after receipt of asset, a monthly throughput constraint once delivery begins, and will incur per-unit/per-month price reductions for late RTAT unless the delay is excusable. The Government may exercise a 100% increased-quantity option within 365 days after contract award, and the induction expiration date for assets is also 365 days after contract award. Quotes must include repair unit/total price, RTAT, price type, new unit price and lead time, BR/BER T&E fee basis, CAGE information, pricing basis, and a quote expiration of at least 90 days.
