This is a repair contract for a circuit card assembly, requiring an authorized repair source to provide a firm-fixed, not-to-exceed, or estimated price for repair only—test and evaluation quotes will not be accepted. The contractor must propose a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) and monthly throughput constraint, with asset induction authorized up to 365 days after contract award; failure to meet RTAT results in price reductions via reconciliation modification. Performance will occur at the contractor’s facility, where the asset is shipped, with freight handled by Navy CAV or Proxy CAV. The work requires MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB source, CAV reporting, and adherence to IUID and cybersecurity maturity model certification requirements. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item are eligible for award.
