This opportunity is for the repair of the SP-360, SPU ASSY, with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 265 days after asset receipt, and an induction expiration date of 365 days after contract award. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price (FFP), not-to-exceed (NTE), or estimated (EST) price, and the ultimate awardee must be an authorized repair source. Performance of services will be at the contractor's facility, with freight handled by Navy CAV or Proxy CAV. A price reduction will apply for any asset not meeting the required RTAT due to inexcusable contractor delay. The government is requesting a quote expiration date of at least 90 days.
