This opportunity is for the manufacture of a TRANSMITTER, INFRARED, a component of the 5"/54-Caliber Gun Mount MK45, under a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The work requires compliance with MIL-STD packaging, Government Source Inspection, and ISO 9001 quality standards, with all freight being FOB Origin. The contractor must be an authorized source for the original manufacturer's item and provide proof of authorization. Master phototools for the required drawing will be provided free of charge by the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Louisville, KY, and shipped to the contractor within 30 days of award. Evaluation for award will be based on best value, considering price, past performance, and supplier performance risk.
