This Navy procurement is for manufacture of the AUX.CO2 SYSTEM in accordance with CAGE 0EYA6 reference CMST1183, including contract quality requirements, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB Origin, and DFARS IUID compliance. Electronic quotes, representations, and certifications should be emailed to the specified Navy contact and should include unit/total price, delivery lead time, CAGE data, cost breakdown, and a quote expiration of at least 90 days if feasible. Award will be made only to an authorized source or distributor of the OEM item, and unauthorized sources must provide OEM authorization letters/emails; award will not be delayed while authorization is sought. The resultant award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s written acceptance before execution, and accelerated delivery before scheduled delivery dates is encouraged. Inspection records must be kept complete and available to the Government during performance and for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
