The requested repair turnaround time is 63 days after receipt of asset, with contractor-provided monthly throughput constraints, and assets received more than 365 days after contract award are not authorized for repair without bilateral agreement. The government intends to add a 100% (1 EA) option quantity for 119 days, exercisable within 365 days of contract award. Quotes must include repair pricing, RTAT, new unit price, CAGE details, and BR/BER T&E fee basis, and late RTAT performance may trigger per-unit/per-month price reductions. The effort requires MIL-STD packaging, government source inspection, FOB Source, CAV reporting, IUID and ESD compliance, and contractor records retained for 365 days after final delivery.
