This is a firm-fixed-price repair requirement for the NRP, PUMP, SERVO VALV, with award issued bilaterally and requiring contractor written acceptance. Only authorized repair sources may submit quotes, and quotes must include repair unit price, total price, Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), new unit price, CAGE codes, and a quote expiration date of at least 90 days. The requested RTAT is 120 days after physical receipt of the asset at the contractor’s facility, and the induction expiration is 365 days after contract award, with possible price reductions for inexcusable late repairs. Contractors must comply with MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB source, CAV reporting, ISO 9001 higher-level quality requirements, IUID marking, and cybersecurity maturity model certification requirements. Repair work must be performed per original manufacturer’s specifications and applicable Navy/DoD standards, with quality and acceptance records retained and reported as required.
