This is a Navy repair solicitation for the CHARGER SUBASSEMBLY, requiring firm-fixed-price repair quotes only; test-and-evaluation-only quotes will not be accepted, and the awardee must be an authorized repair source. Performance is subject to MIL-STD packaging, government source inspection, FOB source, CAV reporting, IUID marking, and ISO 9001 higher-level quality requirements. Offerors must quote repair price, total price, a Repair Turnaround Time of 201 days after asset receipt, new unit price, and throughput/capacity constraints; a price reduction applies for late repairs unless the delay is excusable. Assets must be inducted within 365 days after contract award, and a quote validity of at least 90 days is requested. The final repaired asset must exclude the battery tray, and repair work must meet the original manufacturer’s specifications and inspection requirements.
