This is a firm-fixed-price repair contract for an electronic amplifier, awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, and only authorized repair sources will be considered. Repairs require a 274-day Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) after asset receipt, with price reductions for late delivery unless excusable. The government may exercise an option for up to 100% additional quantity within 273 days of award, and assets must be inducted within 335 days after contract award.
