The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price or NTE contract under FAR 6.302-1 to Woodward Inc., Fort Collins, CO, to repair 35 valve fuel units (Part No. 31361 9902-358 or 07482 L34353P02) per TDP VER 010, with delivery FOB origin. It does not own the data or rights needed to source this repair from additional suppliers, and it has determined buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals, but responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond. Any information received will normally be used only to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and the Government retains discretion not to compete. The acquisition will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures, though interested parties may identify a commercial item to the contracting officer.

The awardee must be an authorized repair source and comply with IUID/DFARS requirements, MIL-STD packaging/marking, Government Source Inspection, FOB Source, CAV reporting, and inspection/acceptance at origin.
