59--TAPE DRIVE CHASIS, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This is a procurement for three Tape Drive Chassis units to be delivered to DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The government does not own the technical data rights for this part and finds it uneconomical to purchase them or to reverse-engineer the item. Award is contingent upon the offeror, product, or manufacturer meeting specific qualification requirements at the time of award. The solicitation is not using standard commercial item procedures, but interested parties have 15 days from this notice to propose a commercial solution.
