This is a notice of intent to issue a sole-source contract to Raytheon Company for the repair of 14 Circuit Card Assembly units (Part No. 7017826-005). The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, but interested parties may identify their capability to respond. Any proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. The contract will be a firm-fixed price or NTE type, and performance will be at the contractor's facility in Largo, FL. Deliveries of the repaired units are specified for DLA Distribution centers in New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA.
