Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a proposed sole-source contract action for the supply of eight parts, with delivery locations in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. The Government does not own the necessary data rights for this part and has determined it is uneconomical to acquire them or to reverse-engineer the item. While the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, all responsible firms may identify their interest and capability to respond. Interested parties have 15 days from this notice to identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item.
