Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a proposed sole-source contract action for the supply of 36 parts, with delivery locations at DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California. The Government does not own the necessary technical data rights for this part and has determined it uneconomical to purchase them or to reverse-engineer the item. While the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond. Interested parties may obtain required standardized documents online via ASSIST-Quick Search or through the DODSSP. The notice also specifies that interested persons may identify their capability to meet the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
