The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for the supply of five Circuit Card Assemblies, to be delivered to DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, PA. The Government does not own the necessary data rights to competitively procure or contract the repair of this part. Interested parties may identify their capability to provide a commercial item solution to the contracting officer within 15 days of this notice. All firms should include their CAGE code on solicitation requests.
