Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a procurement for two computer subassemblies to be delivered to DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, as the part must be acquired from or repaired by a source specified on controlled drawings, and the necessary technical data or data rights are not available to permit other sources. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond, and those proposing to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item must identify their interest to the contracting officer within 15 days of this notice.
