This Navy RFQ is a total small-business set-aside for repair of a POWER AMPLIFIER (CAGE 34228, Ref. No. 072010), and only firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated repair pricing will be accepted; test-and-evaluation-only quotes are not acceptable. The awardee must be an authorized repair source and comply with IUID, MIL-STD packaging, Government Source Inspection, FOB Source, CAV reporting, and ESD control requirements. The Government requests a Repair Turnaround Time of 621 days after receipt of asset, with induction expiration 365 days after contract award; late repairs may trigger reconciliation price reductions, and contractors must provide monthly throughput constraints. The contract may include an option for up to 100% additional quantity (16 EA) exercisable within 364 days after award. Quotes must include repair unit price, total price, RTAT, new unit price, BR/BER T&E fee and basis, CAGE information, cost breakdown, and a requested minimum 90-day quote expiration.
