The Navy requires repair of a COMPUTER,STABILIZAT (CAGE 53711, ref. 6936664) under a firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated-price repair contract, and quotes limited to test and evaluation will not be accepted. The awardee must be an authorized repair source and comply with MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB source, CAV reporting, IUID, MIL-STD-130 marking, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 controls. The Government requests a repair turnaround time of 393 days after receipt of the asset, with an induction expiration of 364 days after contract award and contract records retained for 365 days after final delivery. The contract includes a prospective option for up to 100% additional quantity (4 EA) exercisable within 364 days after award, and late deliveries may incur per-unit/per-month price reductions. Quotes must include repair pricing, RTAT, new unit price, BR/BER T&E fee if applicable, CAGE/shipping facility information, cost breakdown, and a requested minimum 90-day quote validity.
