This is a U.S. Navy repair requirement for a UPS and a 3U UPS battery, with work to meet specified CAGE/reference numbers and contractor repair/overhaul standards. Only authorized repair sources or authorized distributors of the original manufacturer are eligible for award, and award will not be delayed for an unauthorized source seeking authorization. Quotes must be emailed and must include unit repair price, total repair price, repair turnaround time, and a cost constraint selected from firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated; test-and-evaluation-only quotes are unacceptable. Repaired items must be marked per MIL-STD-130 and packaged per MIL-STD-2073, with the contractor responsible for all inspection and testing per original manufacturer specifications and drawings. Inspection records must be kept complete and available to the Government during performance and for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
