The Navy is soliciting repair of a Circuit Card Assembly (CAGE 03956/ref 4301728, vendor PN 64C1-K2K2K2K2K2K20SK) under emergency acquisition flexibilities, with accelerated/incremental delivery encouraged and FOB Origin freight handled by the Navy per the CAV SOW. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 80 days from asset return to acceptance, with Government Source Inspection required, CAV reporting by the fifth business day after receipt, and non-excusable late RTAT performance subject to per-unit/per-month price reductions. Contractors must quote unit/total price, RTAT or capacity constraints, pricing type (firm-fixed, estimated, or NTE), RMA/delivery vehicle details, T&E pricing for beyond-repair assets, CAGE/performance-location information, new-unit price/lead-time, and any per-unit/per-month price-reduction amount for missed RTAT. Award will be bilaterally issued requiring the contractor’s written acceptance, and the Government intends to add an option quantity at the same unit price, exercisable within 365 days from issuance under FAR 52.217-6/7, with added items delivered at the same rate and records kept 365 days after final delivery. The repair must follow the referenced CAGE/part requirements, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and award is set aside for small business/authorized distributors.
