This is a competitive Navy solicitation for repair of a VALVE, SAFETY RELIEF under a firm-fixed-price arrangement; test-and-evaluation-only quotes will not be accepted, and the awardee must be an authorized repair source, with award not delayed for an unauthorized source seeking authorization. Quotes must be emailed to tyler.l.curfman.civ@us.navy.mil and include unit repair price, total FFP repair price, and FFP repair turnaround time. The Government will evaluate quotes on best value, considering price, past performance, and supplier performance risk in that order of importance. Repair must meet the operational/functional requirements for CAGE/Ref No. 11859 252195-AY99 and be performed to the contractor’s repair/overhaul standards, manuals, and directives. The effort also requires MIL-STD-130 marking, written approval for design/material/part-number changes, 365-day inspection record retention after final delivery, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging as applicable.
