This is a competitive Navy repair requirement for the VALVE, SAFETY RELIEF (CAGE/Ref No. 11859 252195-AY99), with repair work to follow the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standards and applicable technical documentation. Only firm-fixed-price (FFP) quotes for repair will be accepted; quotes limited to test and evaluation (T&E) will not be accepted. Offerors must include unit repair price, FFP total repair price, and FFP repair turnaround time (RTAT). The awardee must be an authorized repair source, and award will not be delayed while an unauthorized source seeks authorization. Evaluation will be based on best value considering price, past performance, and supplier performance risk, and inspection records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
