The requirement is for 3 EA, with delivery FOB origin. Interested responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements; this is not a request for competitive proposals. Specifications and standards may be obtained from DODSSP/DAPS in Philadelphia, PA or via ASSIST-Quick Search, though patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not stocked at DODSSP. The Government will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures, but interested parties may identify a commercial item that satisfies the requirement to the contracting officer.
