This is a competitive Navy solicitation for firm-fixed-price repair of the INDICATOR,SIGHT,LIQ (CAGE/ref 04034 RE31340(SE) / 034H5 RE31340(SE)). Only authorized repair sources may receive award, and quotes limited to test and evaluation will not be accepted; quotes must include unit repair price, total FFP repair price, and repair turnaround time (RTAT). The Government will award based on best value considering price, past performance, and supplier performance risk, in that order of relative importance. Repair must follow the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals, and directives, with any design, material, servicing, or part-number changes requiring NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer approval. Quality records must be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and MIL-STD 2073 packaging applies.
