The Navy requires manufacture and quality assurance of a DISK,VALVE to CAGE/reference 04613 109-204-240-641-000, with MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, Government source inspection, and FOB Origin freight. Offerors that are not the OEM must provide an OEM letter or official email confirming they are an authorized distributor. The Government intends to include an option for increased quantity, exercisable at the same unit price for up to 365 days, and accelerated/incremental delivery before the scheduled delivery date is encouraged and accepted. Inspection records must be kept complete and available to the Government for 365 calendar days after final delivery. The resulting award will be a firm-price buy.
