This is a Navy RFQ for repair of the CONVERTER,VIDEO, with repair work required to meet the specified CAGE/ref. no. and original manufacturer specifications. The Government seeks a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 100 days, encourages accelerated or incremental delivery before the scheduled delivery date, and may apply per-unit/month price reductions for late RTAT. Freight is FOB Origin, the Navy handles freight under the CAV Statement of Work, and Government Source Inspection is required. Quotes should include unit price, total price, proposed RTAT or capacity constraints, beyond-repair testing/evaluation pricing, and new-unit price/lead-time for comparison.
