The Navy is soliciting repair of an ACTUATOR,ELECTRIC (CAGE 11859, ref. PT100852) under a bilateral award requiring contractor written acceptance, with repair performed to the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standards and drawings. The Government seeks a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 180 days, encourages accelerated and incremental delivery before the scheduled delivery date(s), and requires Government Source Inspection. Quotes must include unit and total price, proposed RTAT or capacity constraints, beyond-repair testing/evaluation pricing, awardee/inspection/facility CAGE information, new-unit price and lead time, and a per-unit/month price-reduction amount for late RTAT up to a stated maximum.
