The Navy is seeking a firm-fixed-price buy of POWER SUPPLY units under Cage reference numbers 0MG77 RBC43 and 1KH72 RBC43, with manufacture and quality requirements including ISO 9001, Government source inspection, MIL-STD-129 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Accelerated and incremental delivery before the schedule’s delivery date(s) is encouraged, and all freight is FOB Origin. Offerors that are not the OEM must provide an OEM letter or official email confirming they are an authorized distributor. The Government intends to include an option for increased quantity, exercisable by written notice within 365 days, with added items delivered at the same rate unless otherwise agreed; inspection records must be kept for four years after final delivery. The material must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, and the resultant award will be bilateral, requiring the contractor’s written acceptance.
