All freight is FOB Origin, and accelerated or incremental delivery is encouraged before the schedule delivery dates. Contractors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and provide proof, while government source inspection applies. The contractor is responsible for all inspection and compliance, with records kept for 365 days after final delivery, and packaging/marking must follow MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-130.
