CIRCUIT BREAKER
This is a repair requirement for circuit breakers, with the government seeking a 315-day Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) from physical receipt of the asset at the contractor's facility to final government acceptance. Accelerated and incremental delivery is encouraged, and all freight is FOB origin with the Navy handling transportation under the Commercial Asset Visibility program. The contractor must perform all repair work at its own facility (or an approved subcontractor facility) and comply with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging standards. Failure to meet the required RTAT will result in a per-unit, per-month price reduction, with the amount to be proposed by the contractor. Quotes must include unit and total price, proposed RTAT, and if not meeting the required RTAT, capacity constraints.
