This is a solicitation for the repair of a Circuit Card Assembly, issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities with accelerated and incremental delivery encouraged. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 122 days, measured from asset receipt at the contractor's facility to Government acceptance. Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required, and all freight is FOB Origin with the Navy handling freight per the CAV Statement of Work. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, and the Government intends to add an option quantity exercisable within 365 days after award. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered for award.
