This is a U.S. Navy repair requirement for the CONTROL,ELECTRICAL item, with award to be issued bilaterally and requiring the contractor's written acceptance. The government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 239 days from physical receipt of asset to acceptance, and Government Source Inspection is required. Accelerated and incremental delivery is encouraged, and all freight is FOB Origin. An option for increased quantity may be exercised within 365 days, and late delivery beyond the RTAT will incur a price reduction unless excusable. Offerors must be authorized distributors and submit a quote including price, RTAT, and capacity constraints if they cannot meet the required RTAT.
