Quotes must be emailed and must include unit price, total price, repair turnaround time, and a cost constraint type (firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated); test-and-evaluation-only quotes will not be accepted. The awardee must be an authorized repair source/distributor and must provide proof of authorization with the quote. Repair work must meet the original manufacturer’s operational and functional requirements, including MIL-STD-129 marking, mercury-free requirements, inspection/testing, and applicable packaging standards.
